At MOHURE we are recruiting for an important multinational company dedicated to the marine electronics, a Junior Brand Manager for their office in Alicante.

Role & Responsibilities:

Assist the Head of Global Brand (B&G & Lowrance) with the planning and delivery of brand communications, new product launches and global sponsorships. Ensure creative team have the assets required to complete work to high standard and on time. Ensure dissemination of material to asset bank, regional teams and customers. Create plans and execute global /regional sponsorships and partnerships. Drive content and global social plans and ensure implementation. Support with reporting and roi measurements

Core Competencies:

• Supporting the brands in the implementation and delivery of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns and managing marketing calendars.
• Supporting in the management of Global Sponsorships and Partnerships, through planning and execution and measurement of agreements
• Supporting Global Promotional program.
• Support the creation of global content plans and help with the day to day management and creation
• Supporting with the management of global and regional 3rd party influencers, (pro staff/proteam/ambassadors) briefing them and ensuring that contracts are fulfilled.
• Project manage the production of ‘above-the-line’ and ‘below-the-line’ assets from preparing creative brief, commissioning work, approval and sign-off to writing press releases.
• Responsible for ensuring the gathering, distribution, curation and archiving of marketing collateral with Global Content Manager.
• Ensuring a smooth work flow with the production teams eg graphic designers, web designers, copywriter, video production, etc, and Content Manager to meet deadlines.
• Working with regional marketing team to identify production creative and requirements.
• Support in managing/ organizing of product shoots on location as required, ensuring all the assets are captured.
• Writing of copy for marketing materials, internal brand communications, e-mail comms and press releases.
• Supporting PR/media relations activity as relevant.
• Development and Management CRM content in conjunction with Global CRM manager.
• Supporting the on the ground activities in Alicante around key customer events for the brands.
• Develops insights and knowledge with the brand leads on the market, its customers and consumers.
• Supporting performance data analytics and research to help identify trends and opportunities.
• Reporting back to global and regional teams as required.
• Budget management of assigned budgets.
• Work in a matrix organization.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Essential qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent working experience
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
• Good English
• 3+ year work experience with a marketing role
• Brand management
• Previous experience digital marketing desirable

The selected candidate will carry out the following taks: all features involved in the project, building, maintenance, repair and inspection of vessels.

Skills required:

• Degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Systems Engineering.

• High knowledge of regulations, statutes and other laws related to naval activity.

• Languages: B2 English

The successful candidate will carry out the following: control of children’s growth, as well as the diagnosis of possible pathologies.

Skills required:

1. Degree in medicine
2. MIR in pediatrics
3. High level French

The successful candidate will carry out the following roles:

– Supervision and management of the progress of the civil engineering activities, with early detection of possible critical matters or delays, providing solutions to them via coordination with the Site Manager, in order to meet the defined programmed objectives.

– Assessment and classification of completed works, and the compilation of the assessment and accounting records (entry into service document) necessary to release payments.

– Implementation of the on-site Quality Control Plan, carrying out all tests when necessary and verifying the tests reports and field data to ensure quality requirements are met.

– Ensuring compliance of deliveries of material on site with the technical specifications and design requirements.

– Supervision of civil engineering subcontractors (where necessary), to comply with the technical and quality requirements set out in the plans and civil engineering specifications.

– Supervision and management of all civil engineering activities related to the project schedule.

– Attendance at all works progress meetings.

– AutoCAD design/editing would be an advantage to assist with the design team.

Mandatory requirements would be…

– Technical training in civil engineering or equivalent proven experience.

– Knowledge of basic IT programs: Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), AutoCAD.

– Experience in the supervision of building works.

– Basic knowledge of laws and local regulations regarding civil engineering activities, safety and environmental matters.

– Civil engineering matters related to the building of power stations and transmission lines.
