As a Project Manager, your role is focused upon implementing the company platform across a number of leading healthcare organisations.

The role resides within the Product team, reporting to the VP Product, with an Implementation Lead supporting your growth and development. It will be necessary for you to collaborate closely with both external and internal (Product, Commercial and Engineering) teams to implement the platform with a high quality – in scope, on time and within budget.

What You Will Do

Understand: first, as an individual that is regularly interacting with external partners, you must work to consume every single aspect of the company platform. We will support you with this, but you must have the appetite to understand the solution on a commercial, product and technological basis so that you can deliver a great customer experience.

Discover: work closely with the company Commercial team and external stakeholders to understand and shape the requirements of new implementation projects. Run numerous sessions to capture information relating (but not limited to): project stakeholders, goals, scope, workflows, configurations, risks, third-party integrations and data protection/security.

Define: producing rigorous, yet human-readable, documentation that firmly upholds the key facets of the project: scope, timeline and individual stakeholder responsibilities. Your documentation will become a source of truth regarding the project, so attention to detail is paramount.

Deliver: taking ownership to coordinate internal (Commercial, Tech, Operations and more) and external (healthcare organisations, 3rd party vendors and more) teams to execute the project delivery cycle. Utilising a standardised methodology that creates a consistent drumbeat throughout each project, ensuring that all stakeholders are focused and aligned.

Optimise: the project management methodology is never perfect; there is always room for improvement. You will work proactively with the wider team to understand and address mechanisms that require further optimisation.

Additionally, as a product expert, you will contribute to the continuous development of our product.

Skills and Experience Profile

You must:

● Have demonstrable experience (minimum 3 years) of working as a Project Manager, preferably within a solution implementation environment.

● Have completed a degree in a relevant topic or commensurate work experience.

● Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English. This includes being an attentive listener, with a willingness to learn and eagerness to progress.

● Show initiative and adaptability. This is a crucial role within Okadoc, touching across a vast number of
internal and external stakeholders. You must be able to confidently act upon both technological and
commercial challenges, before they come to a head.

● You are technically savvy. This could be shown through a variety of qualities, such as: first-hand
programming interest, a Computer Science (or similar) degree, experience as a business analyst, or similar.

● Possess a high attention to detail, with an attitude that strives for perfection. You think analytically and are able to grasp complex issues. This is especially important when it comes to understanding how to match-up pre-existing partner processes with the Okadoc digital patient journey.

● Be a very capable user of essential modern office tools, such as – but not limited to – the Google Suite and Slack. Confidence using common project management tools such as – but not limited to – Atlassian Jira and Confluence.

Ideally, you also have:

● Worked in a fast-paced start up.

● Experience within healthcare, or knowledge of its regulatory environment.

● A background in public speaking, presentations, running webinars or similar.

The role reports to the VP Product, within a newly established Product team.

The primary focus of this role is to deliver effectively sprint-by-sprint, but there will also be
opportunities to contribute to the overarching Product process and long-term roadmap.

What You Will Do

● Become a beacon of product knowledge. You will create and maintain internal
documentation and be a point of contact that your teammates can rely upon.

● Work in a bidirectional manner with members of the leadership team, to prioritise
initiatives into an efficient sequence of sprints, which reflect the overall product
roadmap.

● Oversee the design lifecycle, working with a talented Product Designer to shape user
experience.

● Oversee the development lifecycle, supporting technology teams through agile
ceremonies, such as: Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Reviews, Demos and Retrospectives.

● Act as an interface between commercial and technology teams, to ensure that any high
priority issues or requests are handled appropriately.

● Guarantee that only the highest quality of work is released to company customers, by
thoroughly reviewing completed development tasks.

Skills and Experience Profile

You must:

● Have completed an undergraduate degree in management, economics, computing, or a
similar field.

● Have demonstrable experience (minimum 3 years) of working as a Product Owner
within a SaaS organisation, running agile ceremonies.

● Be a very capable user of essential modern office tools, such as (but not limited to): the
Google Suite and Slack. Confidence using common product management tools such as
(but not limited to): Jira, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.

● Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English. You’ll be
working with some individuals whose first language is not English, so the ability to
present complex topics in a simple understandable manner is a must-have.

● Possess a high attention to detail, with an attitude that strives for perfection.

● Be an attentive listener, with a willingness to learn and eagerness to progress.

● Show initiative. This is a crucial role within the company, which will lead Engineering teams
through the roadmap, whilst working closely with commercial teams. You must be able
to act upon both technological and commercial issues before they come to a head.

● Be willing to question existing product behaviour. The company platform is in a state of
constant evolution, with plenty of opportunities to rethink or extend pre-existing
functionality.

Ideally, you also have:

● Experience working within healthcare, or knowledge of its regulatory environment.

● Experience working remotely.

● Experience managing releases and products that offered in multiple languages

direction, to drive up the engagement of our users and contribute to the ongoing growth of the
organisation.

The role is within the Product team, reporting directly to the VP Product, with a
Senior Product Designer supporting your growth and development. It will be necessary for you
to also collaborate closely with Commercial and Engineering teams to truly understand the
voice of the customer and ensure high quality delivery.

What You Will Do

● Understand: working with your teammates within the Product Design team, you will
select and implement appropriate UX research activities. This will include techniques
within the areas of competitor reviews, quantitative & qualitative analysis and gathering
user feedback first-hand.

● Prototype: by combining your research and creativity, you will communicate potential
solutions via simple interactive prototypes. You will then test, iterate and validate these
ideas in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

● Deliver: using a creative stack of Figma + Zeplin, you will produce clear completed
assets that are ready for Engineering teams to move forward. During the development
process, you will review deliverables, to ensure that they are aligned with your
intentions.

● Iterate: you accept that not all developed solutions are as effective as initially desired.
You are keen to give and receive feedback – in qualitative and quantitative form – and
know how and when to take action.

Skills and Experience Profile

You must:

● Possess 3+ years of experience designing outstanding digital products, demonstrated
through a strong portfolio.

● Have completed a degree in a relevant topic or commensurate work experience.

● Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English.

● Have taken ownership of research activities such as analytics review, usability testing,
customer insights and other quantitative/qualitative activities.

● Be familiar with atomic design methodology and have experienced working with an
evolving design system.

● Have experience crunching data to produce target-orientated design solutions. We value creativity, but any proposed actions must be informed by current
performance and channeled towards relevant goals.

● Feel confident communicating your ideas, and their provenance, to a variety of
